Technical & Engineering
Acts as clearing house for data requests. Able to troubleshoot various systems and correct errors. Translates and fulfill branch requests in the most efficient manner. Makes certain Sarbox and SOP requirements are at the forefront of all proposed system adds and changes
· Provide guidance and resolution for reported issues related to order management and routing systems
· Develop business requirements documents to streamline IT development, ensuring clarity and alignment between business needs and technical solutions
· Drive the long-term strategy for system enhancements in order management and routing
· Unlock potential in existing applications, identifying untapped use cases within routing
Strategy
· Set the guidance, process, and execution for each line of business as it pertains to order management and routing practices
· Implement scheduling and routing parameters unique to each business and operational landscape
· Identify technology needs and put forth recommendations to leadership on the optimal software and applications, both internal and external
Forecasting / Operational Planning / Analytics / Business Intelligence
· Develop a forecasting mechanism to project volume and services
· Maintain a 13-week rolling forecast
· Assess branch staffing and asset allocation based on projected workload and operational needs
· Facilitate meetings with operations to address upcoming week challenges and align routing plans accordingly
· Monitor and analyze branch performance against forecasts, presenting insights to leadership
· Develop and publish dashboards for improved data accessibility and decision-making
Performance Metrics & Data Integrity
· Define and implement key metrics which measure operational performance
· Present leadership with insights on performance deviations and improvement opportunities
· Work closely with IT to establish and enhance data pipelines, improving central routing capabilities
· Develop a strategic planning relationship between supply planning and central routing to proactively manage constraints for both product and waste
OFR Central Routing Team
· Manage OFR central routing planners and conduct weekly meetings with OFR operations
· Assess and analyze the OFR routing philosophy and structure

High School Diploma Required or GED
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Business Administration/ or a related field preferred
