Partnering closely with our Chief Operations Officer, you'll help enable growth through operational excellence, scalable systems, and clear performance metrics. If you thrive at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution, we’d love to meet you.

  • Coordinate the development, reporting, and automation of key performance metrics and dashboards to help drive revenue and optimize sales and operational efficiency
  • Support our Sales team through effective communication, coaching, and mentorship
  • Aid in forecasting, pipeline planning, and sales funnel performance, in addition to managing the performance of individuals and communicating updates with various leaders
  • Oversee the design and implementation of systems and tools needed throughout the customer lifecycle. This includes identifying requirements, assessing potential options, managing migrations, and being the in-house subject matter expert for these systems (i.e. Highspot)
  • Develop customer lifecycle management strategies for tracking customer relationships from lead generation to revenue realization, account expansion, and retention building
  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to implement and operate a scalable inbound/outbound lead generation process while owning lead distribution and management with the sales team
  • Optimize, train, and coach operational processes, in particular around systems and tools, while continuing to  build out automation and scalability
  • Run and execute the Sales organization's quarterly goal achievement and commissions, as well as year-end performance review and bonus process
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations in a high-growth, B2B, or consulting environment
  • Experience wokring with cross-functional teams and building relationships between sales and marketing
  • Experience working with financial and quantitative models, drawing insights from large and complex datasets, and translating those into actionable strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to support and motivate a sales team
  • Proficiency with sales dashboards and data management tools.
