Job Description
Job Title : Business Manager (West Lafayette, IN, US)

Job Summary


Manage finances and business processes for assigned departments with small to mid-range level annual expenditures and revenues. Work with the unit head in establishing financial priorities. Develop budgetary controls and prepare financial reports. Work closely with central offices and other business entities in meeting the strategic goals of the University. Act as the resource and liaison among the academic or administrative unit and central offices. Provide proper interpretation of University, federal and sponsoring agency policies and procedures. Coach and review the work of lower level staff. May serve on a variety of committees to review, recommend and implement changes to policies and procedures.
