Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain is seeking a Production Coordinator Team Lead (Level C) to join our Site Fulfillment Support team supporting the 787 program in North Charleston, South Carolina.

This 2nd shift onsite position supports our Boeing South Carolina production site.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Processes and moves production parts and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations, supporting the flow of production following standard work instructions

  • Monitors and analyzes work in process

  • Possesses and encourages others to have a mindset of safety and First Pass Quality; adheres to compliance requirements

  • Communicates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability

  • Identifies and resolves problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures & processes

  • Collaborates & coordinates with various functions & teams to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays

  • Proactively escalates potential issues

  • Works under limited supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently

  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, and descend stairs; bend and lift items; package materials and unload materials from containers frequently throughout the shift

  • 1+ years of experience supporting manufacturing or retail industry for non-production materials, tools, and shop supplies

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Possess a forklift license or ability to obtain

  • Ability to work overtime as needed (including weekends)

Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working as a lead or manager

  • Experience communicating with various cross-functional teams (e.g., customers, engineering, manufacturing)

  • Experience using ERPLN, CribMaster, and Haztrax applications (or similar ERP/Inventory Management systems)

  • Experience using the Enablon application (or similar safety data/reporting tool)

  • Experience with (SAT) Shipside Action Tracker (or similar communication system/tool)

  • Experience using (COSA) Centralized Operations and Setup for Automation (or similar data entry platform)

  • Experience in a lean manufacturing/production system

  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize work in logistics / warehousing

Summary pay range: $49,500 - $60,500
